The Grand Junction Broadband of the Great Old Broads for Wilderness is hosting a one-day workshop in Grand Junction, Colorado on July 17, 2026. The workshop will feature author Terry Tempest Williams, whose latest book is The Glorians: Visitations from the Holy Ordinary.

The morning agenda’s theme is: Ecological Stewardship for Public Lands and will include speakers from public land management partners. The afternoon theme is "Spiritual Values and Traditional Knowledge," featuring Native American speakers. Space is limited; you must pre-register to attend.

Field Trip Option:

Join us for an optional field trip on Saturday, July 18, 2026 to the scenic and culturally significant Dolores River Canyon. The field Trip includes breakfast and lunch.

5:00 pm    Return to Grand Junction – dinner on your own
